Exchange Policy
*EXCHANGE POLICY
Applicable Timeframe
• For in-store purchases: Customers may exchange products at the store within 10 days from the purchase date stated on the receipt.
• For online purchases: Customers may return products within 10 days (Ho Chi Minh City urban area) and 14 days (suburban areas) from the date of receipt.
Exchange Conditions
NAS only accepts exchanges for color, size, or style under the following conditions:
• Products must have intact tags, packaging, and receipt;
• Products must be unused, clean, unwashed, and free from unusual odors;
• Customers must provide a continuous unboxing video (uncut, unedited) showing direct inspection of the product upon receipt;
• Products must not be altered by the customer (e.g., shortened, resized, surface treatments, etc.);
• Products must not be damaged due to storage or transportation by the customer.
Additional rules:
• Each product is eligible for exchange one (01) time only.
• Customers may exchange for a product of equal or higher value and pay the difference if applicable (price of the new product is based on the exchange date). If exchanged for a lower-priced item, the difference will not be refunded.
• Other promotional programs cannot be applied at the time of exchange.
• NAS does not accept exchanges for:
• Products purchased under discount/promotion programs (except for online orders with manufacturer defects such as loose stitching, damaged buttons, zippers, etc.);
• Complimentary products;
• Customized products made to customer’s request.
• NAS reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the product does not meet the above conditions.
*SHIPPING COSTS
• If the product is defective due to manufacturing or shipping, NAS will cover round-trip shipping costs.
• If the exchange is requested by the customer, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
